    OH NO!As per the governments announcement on 31.10.2020, we are closing due to the lockdown (COVID-19) from Thursday 5th November until Thursday 3rd December.

  • FACE COVERINGS

    In the salon, we will be wearing face masks, face coverings or shields as much as possible. Clients need to wear face masks. We will not be providing these, you, the client must bring your own. It must be one that loops around the ear and not around the head. We will have masks for sale for £2.

    HAND SANITISER

    Hand sanitiser will be readily available at the salon and we will be urging clients to use it, as we will be too. Use of this will be best when entering the salon for your appointment. Hand sanitiser requires less time than hand washing and act quickly to kill microorganisms on hands. It also reduces the bacterial count on hands.

    2 METRE DISTANCING

    Whilst its very hard to cut hair or blow dry from 2 metres away (we wont even try), we ask clients to try and maintain 2 metres from other clients as much as possible whilst in the salon or just outside.

    APPOINTMENT TIMES

    Our appointment times will be more spaced out than usual, as clients will not be able to wait in the salon. You must arrive on time, if early wait outside the shop, if late, the appointment is still chargeable and we will be unable to complete the service. The main door will be kept locked so that walk ins can not just walk in. Please bare with us, sometimes we may run behind, but we will let you know if we do asap!

    PAYMENT

    We will continue to accept Card payments and cash as normal. Deposits may be required and are still non refundable.

    SYMPTOMS

    If you have COVID-19, symptoms or have been very close to someone who has COVID-19, please tell us and then wait atleast 2 weeks before booking in.

    THE SALON

    We will be making some changes to the salon to minimise risk. We are installing perspex guards between client chairs. Stylists Hayleigh & Katy will have one side of the salon each. The stations and the basin will all be wiped and cleaned after each client, plus much more that we will be doing to safe guard us and you, the client.

On events, Alcohol is only provided to 18+ at anytime. I.D may be required.

Our premises is protected by CCTV inside and out, by making an appointment you agree to this footage that may capture you, to be stored and used as evidence and online if required.
