    Q. How far in advance do I need to book an appointment?

    A. We encourage our clients to re-book their next appointment when leaving the salon. This will ensure seeing the stylist of your choice, at a time that suits you.


    Q. What products do you use?

    A. At Hayleighs we believe using the right products is essential to creating and maintaining healthy, manageable hair. We have carefully chosen four outstanding brands to work with – Schwarzkopf, Redken, Sebastian and Milkshake.


    Q. What happens if I’m running late for an appointment?

    A. All of our appointments are booked for the time you need for your hair requirements. If you are running late, we will try our hardest to give you the service you have booked. However, we don’t want to keep other clients waiting, so we may need to reschedule if your stylist has another client booked straight after.

      Q. Do I require a skin test prior to having my hair coloured?

    A. All of our colour services require an allergy test 48 hours prior to treatment. Whilst reactions are very rare, different people react to different ingredients so we cannot stress enough the importance of an allergy test before a colour service at Hayleighs.

  • Cancellations

    Our time, like yours, is precious, so we do require 48 hours’ notice for cancelling appointments otherwise a 50% cancellation fee will be payable. We reserve the right to cancel appointments at anytime.


    In some cases, a deposit of 50% or more may be required, this will have to be cleared at least 48 hours before the appointment date.

All prices are for standard services and may vary according to the individual needs of the client, hair length, thickness, personalised techniques and duration of service. Prices also vary dependant on stylist, some stylists have their own price list.

We have the right to refuse service at any time.

On events, Alcohol is only provided to 18+ at anytime. I.D may be required.

Our premises is protected by CCTV inside and out, by making an appointment you agree to this footage that may capture you, to be stored and used as evidence and online if required.
